EU roaming rules

Inside the EU, “roam like at home” lets many residents use their domestic allowance in other EU countries without an extra fee. It does not apply to visitors who bought a plan outside the EU, and it does not cover the UK in the same way since Brexit.

A traveller flying in from the US or the UK still looks at either their carrier’s pass or a travel eSIM.
